Products that do not conform to the specifications on the website from the moment the order is sent can be returned without involving any additional costs from the customer, following a written notification specifying the nature of the lack of conformity.
The customer can request the return of the value of the product or its replacement with a compliant one.
If S.C. Tenka Zone S.R.L. cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the value of the product will be refunded.
The provisions of GEO 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2 point 2 OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
According to art. 4 paragraph 1 lit. b) Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, you have the right to terminate the Sales Contract, return the Products and receive back their value.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories and accompanying documents - tax invoice and/or warranty certificate). Products that have physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return.
