This plastering pump is provided with 3 parallel nozzles for plastering walls or loading fittings. This Tenka plastering device has many advantages and applications.

The ergonomic design is thought to ease the work and minimize the effort. Thus, the weight support handle is fixed in a vertical position to transmit the effort to the arm muscles (biceps) and relax the neck and back muscles.

The dispersion nozzles are lockable and can be unrolled and cleaned very easily and conveniently without the need to use wires, cleaning brushes or other utensils.

  • The applications of this plastering device are very numerous. Here are some below:
  • - loading the walls of swimming pools armed with welded mesh due to the high pressure channeled on a nozzle. Locking caps included in the package
  • - loading the ceilings with classic plaster, plaster or other materials
  • - complete loading and plastering of brick or brick walls, stone, clay, straw, welded mesh, etc.
  • - loading straw walls or other natural reinforcements
  • - sprit application (sprays) for mortar adhesion
  • - loading and modeling of fountain stones and fences simulating large mountain stone
  • - application of trowel, tin, etc.

The locking caps are very easy to fix and do not require tightening or threading tools. The blocking caps cover both the channel of the respective nozzle and the corresponding hole through which the material is dispersed. Thus, one, two or three nozzles can be used for plastering vertical walls, and one nozzle can be used for plastering ceilings, provided that the mortar cup is not filled to the maximum.

The simultaneous use of more than 3 nozzles is not indicated because commercial compressors are limited to a maximum of 10 bars, and the pressure in this case is divided among 4 outputs, exactly 2.5 bars/nozzle, that is, quite weak. To throw the mortar at a distance of at least 30 cm, a minimum pressure on the nozzle is required. 3 bars at a minimum flow rate of 80 l/min/nozzle..

The metal tub is provided with a 2 cm thick edge to prevent the material from flowing if the plastering gun is tilted.
In addition to the manual horizontal trigger , the pneumatic valve  is provided with a filter to retain impurities from the compressor hose.

Manufacturing materials are very resistant and light .  The Tenka 5-nozzle plastering machine weighs only 3.1 kg and is made of durable materials: shiny stainless steel tub, shiny stainless steel lance, pneumatic gallery made of polyurethane materials and the handle made of resistant material (with or without metal insert).

Minimum compressor requirements

Hobby variant: The compressor required to operate the TENKA plastering pump must have a minimum of 50 liters, 8-10 bars. You can find an example of a 50 liter compressor, which I have tested and guarantee that it works very well, here

Professional variant: If you have a team of craftsmen and plaster without breaks, you need a compressor of at least 100 liters.

There is a backup solution in case you have a weaker compressor (eg 25 liters). you can cover one of the 3 nozzles (blocking caps are included in the package). Thus, the pressure of the compressor and the volume will be divided into 2 outputs and the device will work optimally.
